02 // ELIGIBILITY
The system is engineered for secondary and university-level students focused on excellence in JAMB, WAEC, and higher education curricula. Users must provide accurate identification to ensure performance analytics are attributed to the correct candidate.
03 // USER DISCIPLINE
Examforge is a "No Distraction" environment. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the "Forge" question matrix.
- Using automated bots to inflate study session scores.
- Sharing access credentials with third parties.
04 // CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All specialized study materials, including proprietary modules are the sole property of Examforge. These assets are for individual academic consumption only. Redistribution is a breach of the protocol.
05 // SYSTEM UPTIME
While the Forge is designed for maximum resilience across Nigeria, including optimized caching for offline use in Awka and environs, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is necessary to keep the system burning at optimal temperature.
06 // LIABILITY LIMITATION
Examforge provides the anvil and the hammer; you provide the effort. We are not liable for examination outcomes if the user fails to apply the necessary discipline. Results are a direct product of the user's execution of the tools provided.
07 // GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with specific jurisdiction in Awka, Anambra State.
